My role

I work with buyers, investors, tenants, landlords and property owners. My first responsibility is to understand the real objective: lifestyle, investment, income, timing, financing and the level of risk a client is comfortable taking.
From there, I compare the most relevant communities, property types and commercial terms. I support residential searches for apartments, townhouses and villas, as well as land, full buildings, hotels, schools, hospitals and selected bulk opportunities when a verified mandate is available.
Dubai is my core market. I also help clients assess selected opportunities in Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaimah, Umm Al Quwain and Ajman, always with the appropriate locally licensed brokerage and permit for the transaction concerned.
